Investigator515 Blog Monthly Update.
There’s a few extra changes ahead.
While monthly updates aren’t usually a thing, there’s been a few changes this month that we think are relevant so it’s time to pass them along.
You’d have to be living a quiet life to not have heard about the Reddit controversy of the month. Due to short notice changes to the Reddit API a number of subreddits went dark in protest, as this meant that several 3rd party app’s would no longer work and moderators would potentially lose access to tools that allowed them to moderate and deal with spam automatically. While these change’s appear to be en route regardless, we’ll soon be joining the Reddit crowd where we’ll keep post’s accessible and centralized for those that don’t have a medium membership.
We’ve also been active on Bulb recently after joining the community. Bulb is a community based on the Solana blockchain and is in the early stages of continuing development. There’s an active community with many familiar faces and you’re able to earn Bulb tokens for writing, reading and engaging with content. You can also collect Bulbmoji’s to help you along the way. These NFT’s, which require purchase via bulb tokens improve your energy and points while you’re engaging. There’s also a competitive leader board and a lucrative airdrop where you’ll be airdropped Bulb token’s based on your engagement for the week. If you’ve been reading and supporting us on Bulb already we’d like to say thanks and remind you that we are extremely grateful for your support! If you haven’t heard of Bulb, you can check it out via this referral link .
A quick reminder that the Catly Airdrop is still running. You can earn 500 free Catly by participating in the airdrop. If you haven’t signed up you can find details in this article we’ve done previously.
We’re now back on Twitter, where we’ll be retweeting Meme’s and sharing Infosec and OSINT based content we find, along with our own articles. If you’re a Twitter user we’d love for you to follow us and engage with us directly. Find us here if you’re looking.
Ever heard of Solcial?? We’re now crossposting content over there as well. It’s a blockchain based social media for creators. It’s easy to use and you can earn SLCL tokens depending on referrals and engagement. While it’s still a growing community the project has great potential. If you’d like to check it out you can find our referral like here. If you sign up, send us a tweet and we’ll send you some of our own tokens.
Lastly, we’d also love future article submission ideas and to hear more about what you like reading about. If you’re a writer, we’d also welcome submissions for publication for those producing Infosec and Osint based content. If you have any suggestions or would like to produce an article yourself get in touch via our twitter. We’d love to hear from you.
Thanks to all once again for your support.
