Dreams

I was listening to some old records on the radio today and it hit me that I'm getting old. Man!, Isn't it just yesterday I was a naive kid very much afraid to hold female hands?. Now look at me now and in the ladies man. I don't know if I've said it before but I'm gonna say it again. When I was young, I wanted to be a rapper. My idol was Ice Prince. I could lip sync his songs so good that you might think that I wrote them. But one thing is to dream and another is to make that dream a reality. That is what I didn't do. I'm not regretting, I'm just grateful for the path I took. One day, I might face the mic. Dreams never did they say, mine didn't. Just so you know, I hate fame. I might end up like one of these masked celebs.
