How to make a Mango Pie
**Ingredients:**
- 4 cups of peeled, diced ripe mangoes
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (or homemade pie crust)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for dotting)
**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pie crust package or your homemade crust recipe.
2. **Prepare Mango Filling:**
In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mangoes are well coated.
3. **Roll Out Pie Crust:**
Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Trim any excess crust hanging over the edges.
4. **Add Mango Filling:**
