Humming to feel better


I am going to begin by saying, the reason I was inspired to write about this today is because this week I have started doing this myself! I had never heard of humming to de-stress and to avoid fight or flight response, it might seem ridiculous I didn't know about it as it is such a simple thing to do. We are all busy, I know! So this is a great practice to add into our daily lives as you can do it pretty much anywhere and it is not a huge amount of time. Let me know how you get on if you try it!
