Art/Creativity
The concept of drawing, or just being a creative person in general has always seemed like a skill that you either do or don't have. You can always get better at something and whilst a novice artist can definitely improve from where they first started, if they don't possess the natural form of creative thinking then I always feel like they will plateau drastically at some point. Like how with body builders, you can always get to a certain level as a regular person, but only those with the true gifted genetics are the ones that are able to surpass the rest and become something different. This is how I feel it is for an artist, however instead of genetics i am more inclined to think it is because of each individuals wiring of their brain is. Seeing the world differently, perceiving images, words, ideas or even colours different I believe is what can make or break how good an artist can be.
