Turtle and Scorpion

Once upon a time, deep within the woodland, a scorpion and a turtle crossed paths. The scorpion was fast and coura-geous, whilst the turtle was acknowled-ged for its gradual but consistent strides. One day, they got here throughout a river and wanted to pass it.

An agreement became struck between the scorpion and the turtle: the scorpion could experience at the turtle's again, and the turtle would deliver it throughout the river. However, the turtle was worried and asked, "What in case you sting me?"


The scorpion's reply turned into, "Why would I do this? After all, if I sting you, we're going to both drown together."

The deal become well-known, and the journey started. As they crossed the river, the turtle swam carefully, however all at once felt a pointy pain. It were stung via the scorpion. Bewildered, the turtle asked, "Why did you do that? Now, we are able to both drown."


The scorpion's reaction became, "It's in my nature, I can not manipulate it."

   This story illustrates the reality that human beings cannot change their nature, and every now and then trusting others might also come with risks.
