Pancake Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
Put the eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl and whisk. Then gradually add flour, baking powder and vanillin and keep mixing until you get a fluid consistency. Pour the pancake batter into a non-stick skillet with very little oil and cook both sides over low heat.
For the sauce
4 glasses of milk 4 spoons of flour 3 spoons of cocoa 1 packet of vanillin 1 cup sugar 100 grams of dark chocolate
Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in a saucepan and start cooking over low heat while stirring. After it starts to thicken, add the chocolate and turn off the heat after boiling. Then stack them on a cake plate, first the crepe and then the sauce. If you wish, you can add your favorite fruits in between. Let your crepe cake rest in your refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
