For Coating:
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Prepare the Churro Dough:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball.
- Allow the dough to cool for a few minutes.

- Transfer the churro dough to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

- Coat the Churros:
- In a shallow dish, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.

- Make Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
- In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate, heavy cream, and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
