The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but….

Prayer

I started with a Rosary and some asks/requests in the name of Jesus 😊.

It has been nearly two weeks, and I walk up and down the staircase daily. The third-floor apartment helps when I want to increase the number of steps home. 😊

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home, and I suspect that will continue for at least a few months.
1. Arm curls for the biceps
2. Hammer for the biceps
3. Triceps
4. Overhead press for the shoulders
5. Farmers Walk
6. Stomach Vacuum

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

1. One set of squats
2. Pushups (to be done)
3. Reverse pushups (to be done)

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

I had done a 24-hour fast last week and today I have planned a 72-hour fast. I am only 5 hours into the fast. Let’s see how it goes. You will hear about the progress.

Yes, you can check that on the internet where the contest is held in skyscrapers. There are many countries where these contests are held, with the obvious requirement of needing a skyscraper. 😊
