Why Wanda created new reality in Westview

Avenger after battle with Thanos with sacrifice of IronMan finally restore peace and threats from the dangers . After this battle, most of the avengers led their life in their own lifestyle because of depression and sadness of losing their ones.
So, Wanda was also really sad as she had already loses her parents in childhood , brother during Ultron agea and Vision in Infinity war time. And it even really feel bad for her when she knew that the body of Vision is in experiment and one by one his body's part are toring for experiment and metal named 'Vibranium' metal. Then she went to 'Westview' where she along with Vision had planned before to settle there.
She then went to 'WestView' and she created the new reality surrounding the places of almost 'Westview' where she changed the mind of the people living their life with new identity. She then created Vision with her powers and live a happily life there. But misery is yet to come in her life. The whole westview is in 'pocket dimension' controlled by Wanda's magic.
