Khasi liver roast recipe
Today I appeared again with a new post. Today I will share with you Khasir Kolija Buna. Roasted liver goes well with anything. It is especially good to eat with paratha or roti. And if potatoes can be added to the liver roast, then the taste will increase. Liver is very useful for us. People with low blood volume in the body are advised by doctors to eat liver. Liver contains vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin A. Liver is very beneficial for brain development of children. Moreover, liver is very beneficial for maintaining eye health. That's why I try to eat liver occasionally at home. Especially like this I cook with potatoes. I like it better when cooked this way. Hope you like it too.
Khasir Kaliza -- 500g
Potatoes -- 2
Onions -- 5
Chillies -- 3
Ginger Bata -- 1.5 Tablespoon
Garlic Bata -- 1.5 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder -- 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder -- 2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder--1.5 tsp
cumin powder--1.5 tsp
garam masala powder--2 tsp
salt--as much
mustard oil--as much
First, wash the liver thoroughly with hot water. Then put a frypan in the oven and put enough oil in it. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and chilli. Fry the onion and chilli a little and add the spices to the batter.
I grinded the spices a little and then added the powdered spices. Then with a little bit of water I squeezed everything well for a while. Then I gave the washed livers.
Mix the liver with spices and grind it for a while. When it is well grated, I will add potatoes.
Grate the potatoes well with a little water.
Now add enough water to cook everything completely. Then I will cook for some time with cumin powder and hot spice powder.
When the broth is dry, I will turn off the stove.
