If you have opened a ZKX account before, you do not need to open it again.
If you are making a transaction for the first time, you need to create a Zkx account and deposit a minimum of 0.005E into it.

After creating a Zkx account, you can send USDC via ETH and start trading.
Note: Balance top-up from Starknet will be coming soon.
Sending USDC via Ethereum costs around $10-$20 depending on the gas situation,
but I think it is worth the cost.

After opening the zkx wallet on the right,
you can send usdc from the ETH wallet by clicking on the OG trade section at the bottom.
I put in $100 for testing purposes.

I recommend you to deposit a minimum of $100 until the deposit comes from Starknet.
