SELF CONFIDENCE

I'm sure you're waiting to hear skills like research, time management, adaptability, communication, negotiation, persuasion. All the skills I just listed are good skills. But the most important skill you must have as a creative or writer is self confidence.

Self confidence can take you to a level the other skills I mentioned may not take you to. It's good to know how to research, you should know how to communicate, you should be able to manage your time, you should be able to adapt to industry trends as a writer, but self confidence, oh my god, self confidence will do everything for you.
