What Does Our Inner Voice Say? Have we ever listened to him?
Dear friends, Have you ever stopped and thought? What does your inner voice say? Have you ever listened to him?
Even if you can't do this all the time, I suggest you listen to yourself from time to time. People often forget to listen to themselves due to work stress and life struggles. Sometimes you need to step outside the circle you are in and look from there. Our lives are spent constantly trying to get to work, to get to school, or to run after unfinished business.
Recently, I left work early, and then I sat on a bench on the side of the road for my colleague to bring my computer after work and watched people rushing around after work. When I stepped out of that circle, I saw how stupid it was because I was - normally - a part of that hustle and bustle.
In fact, we make our ordinary lives so stressful that you understand this better when you look from the outside. I understood this much better when I changed departments at the company I worked for. In some units, we have to experience intense stress due to paperwork density and managerial pressure. And when you get out of that circle, you realize that there is no need for this. This whole thing is utter nonsense.
I experience this intensely when I travel from city to village. One wonders how empty the hustle and bustle, stress, traffic and suffering of the city are. The peace and quiet of the village and the proximity to the land are the reasons for peace.
So, as I'm trying to explain here, listen to yourself once in a while - if you don't already. Listen to your inner voice. They say that a person's best doctor is himself.
In short, a person should get out of the stress he is experiencing and make time for himself. He should be able to look at the things he experiences from the outside.
As they say: Whatever you do to yourself, you do to yourself.
Sometimes it is necessary to get away from the noise of the city to listen to the voice of nature. That's why I don't know whether it will be a plateau or a village, but I say do this. Lie down and watch the stars in the night sky. We can't even see them from the light of the city.
