TOKYO BEAST’s development team includes many experienced staff members who have developed and managed famous Japanese games in the past, and I myself have experience as a producer of several social games.
So why did we choose to work in the world of Web3 to create content? I believe that we can create fun and entertainment experiences that Web3 can offer that Web2 can not.
Web3 is an attractive emerging market with great potential for success in terms of the game business.
On the other hand, there are still some areas that are underdeveloped, such as “games that simply lack budget and quality,” “games that simply add cryptic elements to existing Web2 games with no interaction,” and “games that are not operated properly, become obsolete soon after release, and are treated as speculative.”
However, the true value of a product or service can only be realized when users think, “This is so interesting that I am willing to spend the time and money to make it happen!”
I believe that the market and users will expand as the number of such services, including investment and Earn elements, increases in the web3game market, and TOKYO BEAST would like to play a part in that.
As I will explain in the project description, TOKYO BEAST aims to be a project that organically fuses Web3 and Web2, worldview and real world play, investment and fun as content, all of which are true crypto-entertainment IP that can only be created by the birth of the Web3 world. The world setting within TOKYO BEAST is synchronized with the way people enjoy TOKYO BEAST in the real world, and each module project, stakeholder, and the world are united through TOKYO BEAST.
By incorporating the structure of Web3 into the project itself in a meta way and linking each character (role) to the real world, we aim to make every experience provided by TOKYO BEAST an entertainment experience.Here we introduce the world, the characters, and the module project.
The World of TOKYO BEAST
The setting is Tokyo in the year 2124. Androids with a will, called “Replicants,” have spread in large numbers and are supporting the foundation of the social economy. The majority of the human race has become Replicant owners, living a comfortable life with unearned income.
In the era that was later called the INCUBATION OF REPLICANTS, when replicants began to rise to prominence, a major project was launched. The name of the project is “TOKYO BEAST. It was a redevelopment of the replicant model BEAST, which had dominated the market for a time, and tied it to the NFT, which had been released 100 years earlier.
At the same time, TOKYO BEAST organized a street sport XENO-karate tournament and marketed it as a new type of entertainment. The impact of this event changed the relationship and way of being between humans, replicants, and BEAST. What is the true meaning of BEAST? What are the true thoughts of the Replicants? When their respective ambitions intersect, all mysteries are revealed.
Relationship of Characters in the World of TOKYO BEAST
TOKYO BEAST has three major characters (roles): “human,” “replicant,” and “beast”.
Humans stand at the top of the hierarchy and gain wealth by investing, buying, selling, bleeding, and strengthening BEAST NFTs, and lending their copy data, PROXY Beasts, to replicants to fight, while replicants work with PROXY Beasts to achieve good results and rise in Xenokarate, aiming daily to break free from the low hierarchy.
1st ERA:INCUBATION
Within this worldview, four modular projects that will form the core of TOKYO BEAST will be released sequentially around the world in 2024, first as 1st ERA: INCUBATION.These are BASE, FARM, TRIALS, and BETTING.

“ITEMIZE”, a physical goods project
We will produce and sell original branded goods that express the world of TOKYO BEAST, mainly in the form of apparel. We are planning to allow TBZ holders to vote on the goods and designs to be produced, and to acquire physical goods by purchasing ITEMIZE exclusive NFTs with TBZ.
“CARDS”, a physical game project
BEAST NFTs become a physical card game where you can collect BEAST NFTs and enjoy simple battles. We will produce a video work that weaves and conveys the world of TOKYO BEAST that could not be depicted in TRIALS. We are planning to offer various benefits by purchasing NFTs in SBT format exclusively for supporting ANIMATION with TBZ.
“PARTY”, a physical event project
Large-scale events centered on live viewing of special TRIALS competitions and closed VIP parties exclusively for S-rank and above BEAST NFT owners. We are envisioning the use of TBZ for necessary payments within the event with geekier terms than FIAT, etc.
“SPACE” — a collaboration project between actual shops and commercial businesses
We will create a concept store that directly expresses the worldview of TOKYO BEAST and collaborate with commercial companies that have high user affinity for marketing purposes. We are planning to offer TBZ for payment in the store, and a campaign for reciprocal customer transfer limited to commercial collaborations.The module projects described here are only a part of TOKYO BEAST, and the world of TOKYO BEAST and TBZ utilities will continue to expand with the various module projects that will be added in the future.
Specialized Strategies
From here, we will explain the structure and aims of the “NFT Proxy Model,” one of the biggest features of this project that we have developed for those who are more familiar with Web3 and support TOKYO BEAST from an investor’s point of view.
NFT PROXY MODEL
First of all, we have developed our own NFT proxy model.
This completely eliminates the initial hurdles of purchasing the first NFT and connecting to a wallet, as is the case with most web3 games, and allows us to attract a large number of web2 users.
Also, since the activity of the copy BEAST on the game side determines the value of the BEAST NFT held by the NFT holder, the NFT will have a value that is well supported by “being active in TOKYO BEAST with a large number of players and a lot of excitement”.
Also, without unnecessarily increasing the number of new mints in BEAST NFT, it is possible to acquire game users without any upper limit, and the number of NFT itself can be narrowed down to maintain a high level of scarcity.While ensuring the value of BEAST NFT through this mechanism, we aim to achieve mass adoption as a Web3 project by attracting a large number of Web2 users at the same time.

Token Allocation Plan
We are currently in the process of designing the details of the Token Allocation Plan where there are two important points to consider.The first is that it should be able to distribute the reward to the users.
We are aiming for a project that can return the value to TBZ holders, NFT holders, game players, and all those who support TOKYO BEAST. Therefore, we are currently considering an allocation plan in which approximately 50% of the total amount will be returned to users.The second is to set a proper lock period and control the supply volume with an appropriate vesting schedule.
This of course includes the portion owned by the development team and cooperating companies.
We will never do what is often seen in the so-called “Web3 industry,” where only the management and a few selected holders benefit and many others lose.
