Our Behaviours Differs From Other Parts Of The Country. We Must Understand What Our Needs Are Per Time. Our Basic Needs In Nigeria Precisely Is Survival. The Economy Situation In The Country Has Gone A Long The Way We Control Our Interpersonal Relationship. Self Awareness Simply Means Understanding The True Self, And Behaviours Depending On The Location Either Because Of Security. Self Management Means Knowing Whom You Are And Manage Yourself Without Sharing Yourself With The Outside World. Remember, You Cannot Manage Others Without Managing Yourself. Inspirational Leadership, Means You Can Manage The Social Society, Self Etc. There Are Things People Know About Yourself. There Are Things You Know About Yourself But People Know It. You Can Know Yourself In One Aspect And Not Know Yourself In Another Aspect. There Are Things You Don't Know About Yourself And People Don't Know About You Too. Remember, Empathy Is A Very Good Skill, Because When You Don't Understand People, You Can't Know Where To Help Them From. *ROTN.DR.SEB:* Self Awareness Is A Focal Point Of Emotional Intelligence. When This Is Understood Is Helps To Avoid Crisis In The Society. The Social-Cultral Society Of Ours Has Being Affected By The Economic Standard Of Our Nation. We Must Develop The Understanding That There's Always A Way Out Of Every Situation Around Us, Bearing In Mind There Are Family, Friends Every Recovering Of Self Recovery. The Government Should Develop A Social Engagement Between The Citizens And The Government Thereby Helping The People Overcome All Things. Control of Our Emotions Remains The Bedrock Of Self Management To Avoid Regretting Actions That Could Have Been Avoided. *PAG.DR.NNEKA:* Always Put Yourself In Other People's Shoes Before You Judge Them. Always Develop A Social Security To Avoid Being Underrated Or Misjudged By Others. You Can Change What People Judge You As By Not Judging Them Until They Give Reasons To Judge Either For Good Or Bad. **CONCLUSION:* There's Always Need For Feedback About Yourself And Don't Feel Bad Its On The Negative Because It Helps Build You As A Greater Person. You Must Be Proactive And Refuse To Be Distracted. Interpersonal Leadership Means You Win Yourself And I Win You, Thereby Helping Make The World A Better Place. When You Fail To Understand The Communication Skill With People, You End Up Disbalancing That Person Or Creating Crisis.
