"I wish I had learned the 3-2-1 rule earlier (for a healthy and peaceful life)!
It's both easy to understand and implement.
I'm simplifying every aspect of my life.

No eating 3 hours before bedtime.
The time you go to bed is important, but even more crucial is your eating habit. Definitely stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. A simple trick:
Brush your teeth early ๐Ÿ˜Š

Finish liquid intake 2 hours before bedtime.
Especially if you consume alcohol, make sure to finish 2 hours before. Your sleep quality will definitely improve. You might think you sleep well after drinking alcohol, but that's a misconception. Alcohol reduces sleep quality.
At least 2 hours before, definitely stop.

Turn off TV, phone, tablet 1 hour before bedtime!
This is sometimes the hardest but the most effective. I make an exception for Kindle here because its light is not harmful to sleep. So, every night, I read a book 1 hour before bedtime.
Most of the time, it works well ๐Ÿ˜Š
โœ… RESULT: 3-2-1
Simple to implement, and the positive effects are hard to describe enough. I recommend this method I learned from Meer to you too.
