YOGA AND MIND HEALING
The term Yoga has been coined since ages. Despite of its primitiveness, it has dominated almost all the modern fitness regime. The genius of yoga lies in the fact that it keeps us physically, mentally and spiritually fit. Incorporating the regular practice of yoga has changed my life tremendously. It has given me the strength to overcome the very common health issues, which are experienced by many of us, primarily, due to our Complex lifestyle as well as busy schedule. Yoga not only promotes the overall quality of life but also gives meaningfulness in everything we do. Undoubtedly,Yoga can give an All- Round Development of calmness, stress free mind and body fitness, provided it is practiced whole heartedly and with sincerity. In my two years of experience, I realised the Healing Power lies within the body, which is self- sufficient for curing disease as well as for preventing the upcoming ailments, however, it needs to be activated. Health is not only just a freedom from disease, each system in the body should be in perfect balance and symmetry, which Yoga does profoundly. Yoga not only improve the overall quality of life but also makes our life very meaningful. Yoga is a great way to improve our strength, flexibility, balance and mental health. Yoga is a great workout to become fit and mentally strong.
