Assembling and Baking the Pizza:
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go, typically around 475°F to 500°F (245°C to 260°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
- Punch down the risen dough and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll it out into your desired pizza shape and thickness.
- If you have a pizza peel, transfer the rolled-out dough onto it. Otherwise, use a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Add slices of fresh mozzarella on top.
