Grammy-nominated electronic music duo, Disclosure, is making waves in the music industry. They’ve unveiled a release of 1,000 unique NFTs, each featuring an AI-generated rendition of their track “Simply Won’t Do” from their “Alchemy” album, which debuted in July 2023.

Dubbed the Disclosure Bronze Editions, this NFT collection will be accessible on Beatport’s NFT marketplace. Guy Lawrence, part of Disclosure, expressed his excitement, highlighting, “The concept of offering 1,000 unique variations of ‘Simply Won’t Do’ is a groundbreaking step in music production, (…) The diversity and complexity in this project represent an unprecedented level of creativity and fun.”

Priced at $20 each, these NFTs grant exclusive ownership of the unique track, never to be replicated or released elsewhere. Moreover, these NFTs showcase exclusive artwork crafted in collaboration with Studio Grotesk, a prominent German art collective.

These NFTs leverage Bronze AI technology, a generative music engine capable of reimagining existing music compositions using artificial intelligence. Disclosure’s previous collaboration with Bronze resulted in a 10-year anniversary endless mix of their debut album “Settle.”

The electronic duo, comprised of brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, has been exploring the NFT space. In a 2021 interview with The Delphi Podcast, Guy expressed interest in music NFTs and crypto music streaming platforms like Audius, envisioning NFTs as an innovative way to engage fans and collectors.

Having significantly impacted the electronic music scene since their early 2010s debut, Disclosure boasts Grammy-nominated success across their first three albums, signaling their immense influence. Through this venture, Disclosure aims to redefine music production and distribution. By amalgamating AI technology with the burgeoning NFT market, they offer fans an exclusive and personalized music experience.
