Rocko's Modern life was a cartoon show that aired on Nickelodeon in 1993-1996. This colorful cartoon has many familiar voices from a lot of our other favorite shows! Tom Kenny is the most familiar voice actor who plays Rocko's best friend Heffer but we know his voice best as SpongeBob. Rocko faces everyday challenges and with the help from his pals, he can overcome any obstacles. Take a minute and remember one of our lost shows from the 90s!
