Climb Kitty Climb

There once was a cat, so sly, Who loved to climb, oh so high.

She'd scale up a tree, And look down with glee, At the world, from way up in the sky.

This cat, she was quite the climber, And her balance was just a no-brainer.

She'd walk on a fence, With elegance and pretense, And never once, did she fall or hinder.

But one day, as she climbed a wall, She saw a mouse, so very small. She let out a meow, And took a big bow, And chased it, with a pounce and a sprawl.

The mouse, it ran and ran, And the cat, she followed, with a plan.

She chased it down the street, With her claws and her feet, But lost it, in the end, oh so bland.

So if you're ever on the chase, my friend, Just remember the cat, and how she'd tend.

To give it her all, And never to fall, And have fun, until the very end!
