Ingredients for Carrot and Potato Balls Recipe
- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 pinch of parsley Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the yoghurt sauce;
- 1.5 cups of yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
For the above;
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
How to Make Carrot and Potato Balls Recipe?
- Let's peel and chop the potatoes and put them in a suitable pot.
- Let's add water to it and let it boil. Put the boiled potatoes in a large bowl and mash them with a masher.
- Let's add the finely grated carrot, finely chopped parsley, spices and salt and mix with a spatula.
- Let's take pieces of the mortar we prepared, shape them into balls with our hands and put them on a serving plate.
- Let's prepare our garlic yoghurt by whisking yoghurt, grated or crushed garlic and salt in a separate bowl.
- Let's add butter to the pan on the stove and melt it.
- Let's heat it up by adding chili peppers to it.
- Let's first pour the garlic yoghurt and then the red pepper flakes heated in butter, over the potatoes.
- Let's serve it by decorating it with grated carrot and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
