Many people don’t like mathematics, but luckily I’m not one of them.. For me, it’s a beautiful science, which explains everything that exists in the world, nature, the universe, life on earth, everything. You can experiment with it, you can play with it, you can explore it and actually apply it in many situations. You can recognize mathematical shapes all around you, you can feel the various modeling of population numbers, contagion, growth and fall of stocks calculated by mathematics, you can calculate how much money you need to buy food while shopping, you can calculate the probability of winning in board games.
Mathematics teaches you to play, makes you think, teaches you how to find a solution to every problem, and how to never give up.

Mathematics and the universe

Mathematics is at the center of our culture and its history is often confused with the history of philosophy. Just as cosmological and evolutionary theories have had a significant impact on people’s conception of ourselves, non-Euclidean geometries have enabled new ideas about the universe, and theorems of mathematical logic have revealed the limitations of the deductive method.

Mathematics and art

There is also mathematics in art. Ever since Pythagoras, the most famous mathematician, discovered the numerical reasons for harmony in music, the relationship between mathematics and art has been enduring. These aspects of mathematics make them a bridge between the humanities and natural sciences, between two cultures.

Mathematics and nature

Nature is an unstoppable force, and a beautiful one at that. Everywhere you look, the natural world is riddled with astonishing patterns that can be described in mathematics. From bees to blood vessels, from ferns to fangs, mathematics can explain how such beauty is created.
Mathematics is often described as a language or tool created by humans to accurately describe the world around them.
Mathematics explains why cauliflower is the way it is… We will talk more about that in the following texts.
Mathematics has a number of very useful benefits for our mind if we set out to study it. It develops our thinking, helps us to have analytical thinking, accelerates our mind, creates practicality, and also its use can be applied on a daily basis. Even Roman numerals are something that can be very interesting.

Mathematics is present in our daily life.

-Mathematics helps us to have analytical thinking.
We could define it as thought aimed at parsing the arguments in its premises or the expressions that make it up, to see the relationships that exist between them. This is what we do when we do a math problem. We collect data, analyze their premises, observe relationships and systematically solve their parts in a rational way. If we are able to understand mathematics and come up with logical solutions, we will be able to prepare our minds when we have real problems. We can explore the best logic, see possible solutions, and connect data to reach a conclusion.

-Analytical thinking develops the ability to research and learn the truth about the world around us. There are truths that we try to seek that are based on evidence, not emotion. It is the thought that allows us to be alerted to errors, deceptions and manipulations. This is possible because mathematics allows us to reason clearly and logically, taking into account real data and it can be verified.
Mathematics develops the ability to think,
To find solutions, you have to come up with a whole coherent process. It could be said that mathematics is a fundamental thing in the education of children, because mathematics teaches them to think.
Thanks to mathematics, we can explain how things work, that is, we can express our thoughts and ideas with clarity, coherence and precision.

-Mathematics promotes wisdom.
Mathematics is involved in other sciences and is very present both in new technologies and in our life. In fact, many phenomena of our daily life are governed by science. Mathematics helps and enables students to reach their own beliefs, because it teaches them that in order to solve a problem, you have to get to the truth.

-Mathematics accelerates our mind
In addition, it helps us to think when we are faced with complex problems. Our life mainly consists of situations of choice, approach, reasoning and facing problems for which solutions need to be found. In this sense, mathematics helps you to open your mind and realize that there is only one way to solve things. It is necessary to investigate and draw conclusions.
For me, mathematic is the most beautiful science
