Catly Airdrop Update: It's Purrfect
Catly is shaping up to be a very cool meme coin project.
We wrote about the Catly airdrop last month in this story and discussed how you could obtain 500 free tokens by participating in the Airdrop. We’ve had our Catly staking for a while now, so it’s time to revisit the airdrop and have a look at a few things.
The Project:
It’s pretty simple really. The creators and community are holding out for a 100x meme coin, similar to Shib and other projects. However looking at the website shows a pretty good road map and a clear explanation of the Tokenomics.
Buyback:
In the initial article we discussed how the project was somewhat unique as it offered a buyback function prior to it being launched on exchanges. While there’s been plenty of discussion online by those who cashed out at the earliest opportunity, we decided to hold out and continue staking to see what we could grow it to. With a scheduled listing price of .065c on the exchanges compared to the pre launch buyback rate of 300 Catly per USDT, the incentive to support the project through to exchange launch is pretty good.
HODL and Earn:
As we mentioned earlier, we’re going to hold out and restake. With daily rewards of 3% our 500 token airdrop can hopefully turn into something a little more. With the current rates, staking 100 tokens earns us an additional 45 over the 15 day stake period.
However staking is not the only way to earn Catly from the project as there’s also another nice little surprise for those who may have looked.
Referral Tokens:
Like many other projects Catly will provide referral incentives for those who are actively involved within the project. While you wont earn a referral on anyone who joins, you will receive a great rate from those who pre purchase tokens prior to the exchange listing. The current rate for purchase is 250 Catly Tokens per USDT.
The project uses a Tiered referral rate, allowing you to recieve tokens from down the line once your referrals have encouraged others to join. While it wont make you an overnight millionaire, there is a good opportunity to increase your stack. We purchased a couple of USDT worth to keep the train moving along.
Other Relevant Information:
When we checked the website we noticed a few other things of interest. Firstly there’s now a lotto feature where those who like to live dangerously can play a game and earn a Catly payout.

There’s also NFT projects on the way called Robocats. While there isn’t currently a launch date, they look the be purchasable for .01 ETH

The last thing of interest we noticed was when we checked the project’s telegram channel and observed this message.
GPT-4 coming soon
It appears token holders will be able to access the CHATGPT4 via purchasing access using their Catly tokens! This means the memecoin project now has some functionality which can only be a good thing for the project.
