My name is John and in this article I’m going to share with you eight side hustles that you can start using in 2024 to make $11,000 every single day. By the end of this article, I’ll also share a roadmap that you can use to get rich.

Starting with no money and no skills

When I first started trying to make money online, I had no money and no skills. I was completely broke. This is a common situation for many people trying to make money online for the first time.
If you’re in this position, it’s important to follow a path that gradually builds up your skills and income. Here is the pyramid I followed:

Level 1: No money and no skills
Level 2: Some skills and no money
Level 3: Skills and money

By methodically progressing up this pyramid, you can develop the necessary skills and income to eventually make over $11,000 a day.

Side hustle #1: Social media content creation

The first side hustle I started was creating social media content, specifically starting a YouTube channel.
The reason I chose YouTube is that it allowed me to build an audience and get eyeballs on my products without having to spend any money on advertising.
Social media is great for beginners because in order to be successful, you have to develop skills like video editing, graphic design, copywriting, communication, selling, and email marketing.
Building an audience on social media is the easiest and fastest way to build an audience interested in what you have to sell, completely for free.

Side hustle #2: Flipping Instagram theme pages

Once I had a social media audience, I started flipping Instagram theme pages.
An Instagram theme page is a page focused on a specific niche or theme, like quotes, travel, or motivation. To make money from a theme page, it’s important to choose a niche that you can monetize.
For example, I found a theme page called @moneyfocus with 1.3 million followers. It’s focused on money, finance, and how to get rich.
The owner of this page makes over $30,000 per month! He sells shoutouts, promotes his own products, and more.
In 2024, the fastest way to grow a theme page is by consistently posting Instagram Reels. Reels often go viral, allowing you to get a lot of views and new followers quickly.
Once your theme page starts growing, you can make money through selling shoutouts, promoting your own products, affiliate marketing, and more.

Side hustle #3: Becoming a thumbnail designer

Being a thumbnail designer for YouTube videos can be extremely lucrative if you get good at it.
Many people think there is too much competition, but the truth is most thumbnail designers have no idea what they’re doing.
Creating an effective YouTube thumbnail is not just about graphic design. It’s about understanding the target audience and what will make them click.
If you can raise a video’s clickthrough rate from 7% to 10%, you could get the YouTuber thousands more views. This means thousands more in revenue for them.
So if you take the time to truly understand YouTube and how to create high-converting thumbnails, you can charge premium prices.
Tools like Photoshop AI, Canva, and MidJourney make it easy to design beautiful, customized thumbnails.

Side hustle #4: Creating logos

Creating logos for businesses can be very lucrative, just like YouTube thumbnails.
A good logo doesn’t have to be overly complex. Look at huge brands like Apple, Nike, and Adidas. Their logos are simple, but memorable because of the branding behind them.
When I was creating a logo for my business Pro University, I found a great designer on Fiverr.
He created this cool logo that represents knowledge, money, and strength. I look for logos that communicate the brand image I want to project.
Again, AI tools make creating simple but powerful logo concepts easy these days. Focus on coming up with a strong idea, and the design is secondary.
If you provide business owners with logos that truly encapsulate their brand, you can easily charge $500-$1000 per logo.

Side hustle #5: Becoming a high ticket closer

Becoming a high ticket closer involves selling high priced products or services, usually for other businesses.
You don’t need to create your own products. Simply partner with businesses selling products priced from $1000-$10,000+.
Then offer to call leads and close sales in exchange for a 10–30% commission.
For example, you could partner with a business selling a $1000 course. If you close 3 sales a day at a 30% commission, that’s $900 per day.
To predict your income, calculate your closing rate based on the number of calls you can make daily. This side hustle has huge income potential.

Side hustle #6: Web design

Designing websites for businesses can be extremely lucrative. There are a few different paths you can take:

Use no code tools like Webflow to quickly build sites for $500 each
Use WordPress page builders like Elementor for more customization and charge up to $5000
Learn to code and charge $10,000+ for custom-built sites

Learning to code is the most lucrative long-term option. The websites and web apps you can build are invaluable to businesses.
I personally paid a coder $10,000 to build my Pro University site. This skill will serve you for life.

Side hustle #7: Selling digital products

Selling digital products like ebooks, online courses, templates, and more is my favorite business model.
I love digital products because you can create once and sell them to unlimited customers for years.
With your social media audience, you may not even need to spend money on ads. This means 90–95% profit margins are possible.
Some examples of digital products you can create and sell:

Online courses
Ebooks
Audiobooks
Templates for Canva, Photoshop, etc
Apps and software

Start with a small product targeted at your existing audience. This minimizes risk and lets you validate your idea.

Side hustle #8: Building a software business

The most lucrative online business you can create is a software or app business. This does require some upfront funding though.
If you can build software that serves a need for consumers or businesses, you can charge monthly recurring fees.
For example, let’s say you have a YouTube channel with 100,000 subscribers, and you create a software product.
If just 50,000 subscribers pay $10/month, that’s $500,000 in recurring revenue per month.
If you raise your price to $20/month, now you’re making $1 million per month.
See how those numbers add up? Software allows you to scale your income fast.
Even a small software company can sell for millions. This is the apex of financial freedom online.
