Parota recipe with milk, egg and flour
Assalamualaikum
How are you all friends? I hope you are well, I am also Alhamdulillah.
Today we have come to you with an interesting recipe of paratha with egg, milk and flour. Parota is more or less loved by all of us. I love having paratha for breakfast in the morning. But parota or roti is not eaten much, it is rarely eaten. Still a little is eaten sometimes. But today I made it a little differently. I added eggs and milk instead of water. It was very good to eat. I have made the parota round like a bread, because I am not very good at making the parota into four corners. So I have made it round like this. You can make it any way you want. If you like it, you can also try it. Let's move on to the main episode then.
Let's see what ingredients and quantity we will need to make the recipe:
Materials Amount
flour Two and a half cups
the egg 1
Soybean oil 1 tablespoon
liquid milk Like the amount for making dough
salt amount like
Procedure:
First, knead the flour well with salt and oil. Then mix it well with eggs and add enough milk to make a dough. Then I left it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Then I took a little bit of dough and made it like bread. Then I added light oil to the bread.
After that I cut one side with a knife and folded it like this and pressed it with my hands to make it like Latim.
After that, I rolled it again like bread. In this way, I made a total of four parathas.
Then heat a pan and put the parota in it. After that, strain both sides well and add a little oil.
Then I fried both sides well. This is the recipe of interesting paratha with milk, egg and flour.
Ready to serve.
