The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but….

Prayer

I started the day with a prayer and a couple of Rosaries.

Never gonna stop saying this - God in the Day is a Godful Day! 😊

Runs | Walks | Cardio

I did a one-kilometer walk today. Starting my regular runs soon would be the icing on the cake. I did continue with my regular walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevators. This is doing wonders.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home.

1. Arm curls for the biceps

2. Hammer for the biceps

3. Triceps

4. Overhead press for the shoulders

5. Farmers Walk

6. Squats

7. Stomach Vacuum

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

I did not do any body weight exercises today.

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

It was a regular diet day.

I had several sessions of Ho’oponopono today. Some trying circumstances. But I am making a headway by God’s grace.

My fascination with stairs continues.

The fastest power stairs record is 31.16 seconds where the person carried 3 x 225 kg. The record belongs to Aivars Smaukstelis (Latvia) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 21 February 2024.

But what is a power stairs contest? It is a contest where a person carrying weight has to go up the stairs in the shortest time in a head-to-head battle with other contestants.
