I have come to believe in the power of the cosmic, the divine power that brought you and I together. The one who let me go to that party I never intended to go to, the one who made me notice the quietest woman in that room, she was pretty, and I'm glad I followed through.

have come to believe in the power of the divine, that brought you to me years after we tred and tried to have a child of our own. We waited, so we could love you with all our heart and soul. am proud of you, have watched you move from toddler to teen, and a young adult, a beautiful one too, holding her life together even though mom was long gone.

have come to believe in the power of the Spirit. The will to fight to see this day even though I hear my ancestors calling me to sit at their right hand side.
