It seems blame are being placed on the protocol and chain (Jupiter and Meteora) when it comes to what is happening with $LIBRA.

Logic tells me that the one committing the malicious act (the scammer) should be held responsible. However, improvements should happen protocol-wide on verifying token legitimacy (i.e. KYB oracle).
