It’s high time something was done about the persistent issue of delayed flights, which has become a cancerous sore in Nigeria’s aviation sector.
How do you justify delaying a 3:30 PM flight until 6:00 PM without the courtesy of informing passengers? And to make matters worse, there’s no apology afterward. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
