Many have been tracking his activity on Hyperliquid and GMX recently. The trader is William Parker, involved in shady activities like phishing and stealing from casinos. Last year, he was arrested for stealing $1 million from two casinos.

Previously known as Alister Pakover, he changed his name after making headlines in the early 2010s over fraud accusations.
