And though heartbreak may come once more, It’s love that opens every door. For every heart that dares to break Is stronger than it dares to take. So let your heart break, let it fall, For in the end, love conquers all.

The Burden of Entitlement

Entitlement, a heavy weight we bear,
A subtle whisper, “I deserve, it’s fair.”
It creeps in slow, a quiet, selfish flame,
Turning gratitude into a hollow claim.

With hands outstretched, we demand the sky,
Forgetting to ask the reason why
The sun should shine, the rains should fall—
As if the world owes us it all.

We plant no seed, yet seek the bloom.

Happy New Year 2025
The old year fades, a whisper on the breeze,
New chapters beckon, rustling through the trees.
Let hope ignite, a flame that burns so bright,
Guiding you onward, shining every light.

Embrace the unknown, with courage and grace, Plant seeds of kindness, in this sacred space.
May laughter bloom, and worries softly cease,
Happy New Year, may your journey find release.

Let each sunrise bring hope anew,
And every dusk bring peace so true,
For in the rhythm of the land,
I feel the guidance of Your hand.

The earth and sky, the wind and rain,
The growth, the loss, the joy, the pain,
They teach me more than I could know,
Of life, of love, of how to grow.

And when my harvest is complete,
My journey ends, my soul replete,
I’ll lay my tools and rest my frame,
And thank You, Lord, in whispered name.

In the end, when all is said, When shadows fade away, It’s promises that forge the thread, That lights our darkest day.For in the quiet of the night, Or in the morning’s hue, It’s promises that hold us tight, And guide us ever through. So, cherish every promise made, In joy or solemn vow, For they’re the dreams that never fade, The whispers of the now.

For in every heart, there's a place for regret, And in every soul, a chance to forget. But it’s through apologies, we find our way, To a brighter, more forgiving day.

The pulse of life begins to slow,
The breathing soft, the heart below.
And in that space of deepest rest,
We sense the presence of death’s guest.
A fleeting visit, soft and brief,
But there is comfort in this grief.

Redemption

In shadows deep, I wandered long,
A path of loss, where light was gone.
But in the stillness, came a voice,
A call to rise, a second choice.

Through cracks of guilt, hope gently crept,
And healed the wounds that sorrow kept.
With every tear, the weight grew less,
In mercy's arms, I found my rest.

For in the fall, I learned to stand,
Redeemed by grace, not by my hand.
The chains of past now fade away,
A soul reborn to
walk the day.

"If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit."

The path ahead, a winding, weary road,
Steep climbs and valleys, heavy with the load.
Your spirit falters, doubts begin to creep,
Whispering surrender, urging you to sleep.

And though his name may not resound, In history’s grand and endless tome, Within his family, he was crowned, The hero of their hearts, their home.
