The price of SUB as well as the trading volume remains steady and unaffected over the past 4 to 5 days. I see it is no longer available on StellaSwap on the Moonbeam chain though. 

DOT is in a prime accumulation zone and trading just above the $4 mark. With a 48-hour unlocking period and 16% to 19% APR, it’s a good option, even for speculators.

Polkadot at $5.25 is a great buy, IMO. With an APR of approximately 18% it's a great HODL, especially as it is WEB3 orientated with a view and vision of inclusion, unlike chains like ETH.
