Berachain is a Layer 1 blockchain compatible with the EVM, built using the Cosmos SDK and secured by the Proof-of-Liquidity Protocol.
Berachain has a three-token system consisting of bera (Native Token), honey (native stablecoin), and BGT (Bera Governance Token "non-transferable").
Berachain secured $42 million in funding from major investment funds such as Shima-Tribe-HackVC and was led by POLYCHAIN Capital with a valuation of $420.69 million.
