Structure enables the application of management principles and establishes a system of order and command that enables the organization's activities to be organized, directed, and managed.
The framework also outlines communication channels, positions and connections at work, as well as tasks and responsibilities. No of the size of the company, structure is crucial. In order to make sure that the structure is the best fit for the specific organization and supports its expansion and development, it must also be reviewed frequently.
