How to spot a good crypto project to work for

The crypto space keeps expanding daily, and as such, many projects are coming into existence. Most of these projects employ ambassadors to help promote their use cases.
So, it is necessary for crypto enthusiasts to be able to decipher a good project from a bad one, to avoid wasted efforts.
As an Ambassador for several crypto projects over the past 1 year+, I learned a few tricks to ensure I don't waste my energy on a project that won't pay Me at the end of the day, although they might not be 100% efficient, they work for ME.
Things to look out for:
- Do they have a token: For ME, I assume that as long as a project has a token, there is a high tendency of getting paid by them, since they have to send their token as an appreciation for your contribution.
- The total number of Twitter followers: Funny as it may sound, but sometimes the legitness of a project can be spotted through their Twitter account.
