Participation Method & Whitelist Benefits

The NAVX-SUI launchpool allows both whitelisted and general participants to join and invest in SUI tokens. Whitelisted users have a protected quota and trading priority during settlement, with a maximum Whitelist Quota of 75% to prevent oversubscription. Unused quota goes to general participants.

Filling Criteria

If the total amount committed in the launchpool is less than the Hard Cap, all purchasers' amounts will be accepted. If it exceeds the Hard Cap, the Whitelist Quota will be filled first and the remaining amounts will be filled proportionally. Unused amounts will be returned.

Whitelist Distribution

There are 3 different levels of the whitelist for the NAVX-SUI launchpool. Each level comes with a different protected quota.


Whitelists will be allocated to 3 types of users according to their previous contributions:

• NAVI community users
• NAVI partners
• Top 500 xCETUS holders (10 Level A, 10 Level B, 480 Level C; Snapshot will be taken at a random time before the IDO.)

Users will be able to check whether they are whitelisted or not and their whitelisted quota by connecting their wallet on the NAVX IDO page of the Cetus Launchpad. Since part of the whitelists are still being collected at the moment, the whitelist results will be uploaded latest by 8 hours prior to the IDO start.

2. NAVX-CETUS Launchpool

• IDO supply: 2,400,000 NAVX (0.24%)
• Hard cap: 624,000 CETUS
• IDO Price: 1 NAVX = 0.26 CETUS
• 100% for overflow commitment / No whitelist

Participation Method

For the NAVX-CETUS launchpool, there are no whitelisted users. It will be raised in CETUS tokens. All users will participate in this pool at the same price and without differentiated access.

Filling Criteria

If the total committed amount from all purchasers in this launchpool is below the Hard Cap, all purchasers' committed amounts will be fully accepted and filled. If the total committed amount exceeds the Hard Cap, the Whitelist Quota will be filled first, followed by pro rata filling of remaining unprotected committed amounts.
