Memecoin NEIRO Increases More Than 20 Times After Binance Listing
The crypto market in the past 12 hours has witnessed a strong recovery of the altcoin segment after the latest increase from Bitcoin, with memecoin NEIRO growing more than 20 times.
On the evening of September 17, the world's largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin had a strong recovery again, growing from $58,900 to $61,320 in just a few hours. This can be seen as a stepping stone for BTC before the important event of the Fed's interest rate adjustment meeting this Thursday.
Bitcoin's latest increase then breathed new life into altcoins, causing green to cover the market on the morning of September 18.
Attracting the most attention at the moment is NEIRO, the "dog coin" memecoin that was recently listed on Binance. Since Binance announced support at noon on August 16, NEIRO has increased in price by more than 20 times, despite criticism from the user community. The market capitalization of this memecoin has increased by 15 million USD to an ATH of 360 million USD this morning.
Binance Customer Service Director Yi He announced that the exchange will continue to list low-cap but highly decentralized memecoins in the near future, with the aim of meeting the trading needs of users.
In addition, other notable altcoins include Nervos (CKB), Bittensor (TAO), Suii (SUI), Fantom (FTM), Celestia (TIA), with an increase of 10-25% in 24 hours.
