Oh My GODS!
Time flies when others are having fun. This month I took some time to have a bit of fun myself and I do notice that although I still play daily it´s easier to leave the Gods alone for a day or two.

Eighteen months, it has been eighteen months since I started. That is a hell of a long time, and trust me dudes and dudettes do not play for the money. It´s play to earn, not play to pay your bills.

After a busy weekend, I came back and clicked the earned fragments button which I had not touched in a while to see what I could claim. I always claim before writing this post so that I can give the update in "Show Me The Money".

It all looked good for the first few seconds looking at what I could claim.
Then I noticed something being different, I needed a little longer because in 18 months I have not seen this before so I thought...Bug.

Hell No, Not A Bug

I consider myself pretty good at math, but I could not make this equation work.
As you see I did not play too much this weekend but I am still Midnight Shadow Rank 9.
But on the 15th of August, I had 2 wins and made 250 Fragments earning me 2.3 Gods.
While on the 27th of August, I had two wins adding 11 Fragments and 0.48 Gods.
That is an 80% reduction!!!!

As I hate Discord I checked the community and found @valchiz saying:

After playing for 2days with no rewards or fragments, I had to check out the discord channel and then found out no more rewards for players under rank 7 (Twilight shadow).

Then I checked Reddit and I guess I am not the only one:

So what is the deal?

The deal is that they just made it a hell of a lot tougher to make fragments, maybe for all the right reasons. But I am an 18-month-old noob that struggles to stay at rank 9. And based on what I see in my screenshot, I am at rank 8 right now.
The deal by the way was right in front of us but nobody had time for that:
I would have read it if it would say:** Listen Up Yo, We Will Screw All Noobs As Per Tomorrow**
That blog explains it all. But let me summarize it for you lazy sons of lazy mothers.

Deck Modifier

This was the old equation:
But they now say Mythics are worth 250? I guess they messed up their own rules with too many rules as I think they mean diamond, but what do I know?

And last but not least.

The new Rank Modifiers:

Rank 1-6 = 0
Rank 7 = .12
Rank 8 = .25
Rank 9 = .48
Rank 10 = .74
Rank 11 = .90
Rank 12 = 1.0
Looking at those I think that I might dropped below 9 last night. It would explain the halving in GODS on a 2 win Day All in All, I am not very motivated.

I fully get it, and it´s probably more fair but the cards I need to upgrade my deck are beyond reach. Hence I will now be struggling even longer in this rank 7-9 range.
So I guess I need to really start doing a couple of things:
Up My Game - Which is hard
Up My Deck - Which is time
Up My Quality - Which is probably very much needed

But I would like to first sell my mistake from last month, I am the absolute cheapest atm, so anyone upping his quality this one is one sale:
Let's see if people will start upgrading and buying once they figure out what is going on....or if they just drop the game entirely.
I will spend my weekend forging cards and selling cheap to get some GODS to up mine..so I can others an up yours.

SHOW Me The Money

When I checked in last month I got this shock:
Immutable Market is being shut down! And because I am not a fan of change and spending time to figure stuff out again. I tried to find my GODS and ETH balance like I did at the old place, but even after connecting my Metamask, I was unable to find that simple overview of my tokens that I am used to.

And as promised it happened the old marketplace got frozen! And I will need to let it Go.
Most of you know the answer for sure, but if there are any noobs like me you can just go to TokenTrove click on your address top right corner, and move those tokens....
But you should never do that, you should always HODL!

And if anyone can tell me where I can find my balances in the new marketplace, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.

But as long as I don't have a nice big screen to shoot you will no longer get that easy-to-read view as of now it´s the wear your glasses Tokentrove view, till I figure it out.

GODS only up 51, thank God. And I did not buy anything by accident and could even claim a nice bit of staking rewards:
I still have not figured out the claiming logic, but I do am thankful because the price of the token did oopsie Dipsy ...again.

I added 50 tokens and lost 30% in dollar value, what a ride. But if all goes to plan, this is the bottom and the next 4 months will be up only.
