Materials:
600 -gram mince (lamb and beef mixed) one tablespoon chili pepper 2 teaspoon salt one tea spoon black pepper one tablespoon butter (optional) one piece capia pepper (optional)


1. Add chili pepper to the minced meat and knead for 15 minutes.

2.Then add salt, capsicum and butter and continue kneading for another 5 minutes.

3. Wet your hands from time to time while kneading. In this way, the kneading process will be easier. Knead until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

4.Take pieces of minced meat and thread them on skewers.

5. Put it in the refrigerator to rest for at least 5-6 hours.

6. At the end of the time, you can cook it either in the oven or in a pan. You can bake it in the oven by turning it upside down for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. If you wish, you can bake it on a baking tray lined with baking paper or on an oven grill.

7.You can serve it with plenty of garnish and ayran. Enjoy your meal.
