Fitness and exercise is very important to keep ourselves healthy and fit. So from today i joined gym to gain some weight and muscle . So for going gym find out a good gym in your local and start going their . Many peoples only thinks of doing something but physically they not do anything to for that . So firstly we have to give up our laziness to do not only exercise also any other works .
So you can go in gym by wearing your tracksuit and simply a t-shirt and carry a water bottle with you .
Do exercise under guidance of trainer or someone who knows how to perform that exercise or someone have been doing gym for a long time.
Firstly i started by warm-up in gym to 15 minutes . Then i started to doing lat pulldown with my friend who have given good time in gym .
Posture and doing the exercise right in the right way.
So he teached me how to do in Right way we did 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps .
Then going for 2 nd exercise we did flat bench press 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps .
Then third exercise we perform was lateral raises 3 sets 12,10,8 reps
Then for fourth we have done bicep curls 3 sets and 12,10,8 reps. For fith exercise we did was leg curls .
So 5 exercise is enough for the day then before going we again did stretching for 15 minutes.
For beginners it is good to perform mix exercises for one week to get ready the body . After going for weight gaining its is good to take post workout meal, you can eat eggs or take a healthy shake.
So guys you can also go to gym to become fit but do exercise under guidance of trainer. Again we will meet with next workout sessions.
