Fried hilsa on a rainy day.
Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all I hope you are very well. I am also very well. Today I am back with a new post as usual.
How are you all spending these rainy days? Due to this rain for a long time today, the house is completely closed. I can't get out anywhere. I don't feel good at all. In fact, where even two days ago, seeing the rain, the heart was filled with happiness, now this rain does not feel good anymore. Everyone is suffering due to this continuous rain. A large amount of water entered the houses of the lower lock and suffered a very bad condition.
Since there is no chance to go out during this rainy season, one has to spend a boring time alone. So I am trying to spend this boring time to help my mother as much as possible. This will at least make my boring time a little better and help mom a little. Although I always increase the work instead of working. hee hee Mom made the kitchen a complete mess.
In those early days of rain, biryani, polao and khichuri were all eaten. So no longer want to eat them. So I thought that it is not bad if Hilsa is fried on this rainy day. And with a little potato filling, the lentil is very thin and thin. Ah! All these things together will freeze the matter. And I thought that this is the first time I will fry hilsa. It is not difficult to fry hilsa fish but I have never fried hilsa fish before so the experience is completely new to me. Anyway, mom was by my side and showed me everything. I just shook my head.
The sound of the rain outside and the sound of the hilsa fish being fried completely combined to create a different atmosphere. And the smell of hilsa fish was rising in the morning.
All in all, the deep fried hilsa fish with dal and bharta was great to eat in a cold environment with hot rice. The lunch at noon was completely frozen.
I am very afraid of hilsa fish spines. Several times in my life I have tied the hook of hilsa fish around my neck. And had to suffer a lot with this cut. A whole day was tied around the neck. After many attempts, the throat was cut out by hand. He is a terrible thing. Now you have to carefully chop the fish very well. In fact, the more cut the fish is, the higher the fish test. And I don't think there is any other fish cut like this hilsa fish. And there is no other fish close to the taste of this fish. This was my overall rainy day hilsa fish and experience.
I am leaving here today. Good luck to all. Stay well and stay healthy everyone. See you again some other day. If there is any mistake in the writing, please forgive me. Thank you all for being by my side for so long. Allah is Hafez.
