Platform Activity Remains Steady
Latest BULB Leaderboard
Platform activity has remained stable, with around ~300 more new BULBers joining BULB in August! While this is by no means explosive growth, we have noticed that each new BULBer is a genuine BULBer who is here to Write-to-Earn and Read-to-Earn. It is clear that good actors are far outweighing bad actors on the platform, and so this community should continue to reinforce itself over time.
In particular, we also want to flag that there was a ~57% increase in spending this week and almost a ~20.0x increase in BULBmoji spending versus last month. This is a very healthy sign as this indicates that the underlying fundamentals remain strong, and that the community is thriving. We encourage everyone at BULB to keep engaging and keep spending to keep the BULB-economy running!

BULB Mobile App Concept
Yes, finally! BULB Mobile App is here.
BULB has always been positioned as a Web3 social media platform, and for any social media platforms in this day and age, it only makes sense for BULB to go mobile in order to really penetrate into the masses and grow exponentially.
BULB Mobile App will be everything that current users are experiencing on BULB Web App, except it will all be fitted perfectly into any smartphone. We know that the current BULB in-app browser experience via Phantom App experience is not great at all, and we can finally move on from that with a proper mobile app. However, the most special feature of BULB Mobile App is not just that BULB will be perfectly accessible from a smartphone, but that we will be creating our own bespoke, BULB Wallet.
With BULB Wallet, any user without Web3 credential can create a crypto wallet directly by conventional sign-in, in which a private key will then be generated and stored inside your smartphone. In other words, your smartphone IS your hard wallet.
For users who already have a Phantom, Solflare or Saros Wallet, you can simply link up with BULB Wallet with a click of a button. Solving the "Web3 onboarding" problem is absolutely key to growing exponentially, as it is still far too complicated for the average person to access Web3 apps; and BULB is here to change that with one-click sign-ups and log-ins. The entire BULB Mobile App experience will be so seamless that it will almost feel entirely Web2, but it is still very much Web3 with Do-To-Earn being foundational to everything at BULB.
We expect that anyone will be able to download BULB Mobile App in the Apple App Store and Google Play by November 2024. So stay tuned as we will be sharing sneak peaks along the way!
