There are already ready-made boiled and vacuum-packed beets in stores. Two medium heads are crushed with olive oil and the obligatory generous amount of garlic. Then add 2-3 spoons of thick or strained yogurt, a little cheese, salt, pepper and lemon juice. The dip is left for several hours and served with bread or flatbreads.

Or a Japanese omelette.
Light, airy and very appetizing. For it, first fry vegetables of your choice - green onions, spinach, carrots, peppers and finely chopped tomatoes. When the vegetables are soft, put them aside and beat two eggs with a little soy sauce and black pepper.
We pour into the same pan, and our goal is to achieve a very thin and fine pancake. When the lower part starts to harden, pour in the vegetables and carefully roll up the omelette.

Dinner in Kaduna was a flavorful experience: Soft nan bread paired with buttered chicken, rich chicken curry sauce, creamy Alfredo, and topped off with aromatic Arabian tea. A perfect blend of comfort and spice!
all it takes for a delicious omelet, ready in a matter of minutes. It is the omelet that saves a number of "hungry" situations - from breakfast to late dinner.
