45 miles in just under 8 hours!
My second ultramarathon was the perfect final race for 2023.
This one was pretty challenging since it was 8 hours on a 3.75 mile course - as many as you could run in that time! I had friends, family, and even my hubby jump in to run a few laps with me.
I placed 7th for women and 22 out of 120 runners total overall. In the past three months, I’ve run 3 marathons AND 3 ultramarathons.
The end of the year is naturally a time for reflection on everything we've accomplished and what new goals to set our sights on. Here are the latest and last trends in arts & tech I'll be reporting on as we close out on 2023
