For centuries, the culture of fasting regularly has existed in India and other parts of the world. Giving the body regular breaks from digestion is the most effective way of keeping it healthy as when the body isnโt busy in the task of digestion, it starts the process of healing โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
Today, many of us are scared of fasting for no reason. You donโt have to suddenly jump into an intense fast!
Simply try eating lighter than usual and try small steps on some days like:

On a daily basis, try to have a gap of 14 -16 hours between your dinner and breakfast ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
In the middle, you could have coconut water or a glass of detox juice like ashgourd juice or green juice. But hey, no black coffee or tea! An intoxicant like caffeine is the worst thing you can give your body on an empty stomach๐
