For centuries, the culture of fasting regularly has existed in India and other parts of the world. Giving the body regular breaks from digestion is the most effective way of keeping it healthy as when the body isn’t busy in the task of digestion, it starts the process of healing ❤️🩹
Today, many of us are scared of fasting for no reason. You don’t have to suddenly jump into an intense fast!
Simply try eating lighter than usual and try small steps on some days like:
👉Fruit fast
👉Smoothie fast
👉Juice fast
On a daily basis, try to have a gap of 14 -16 hours between your dinner and breakfast 💁🏻♀️
In the middle, you could have coconut water or a glass of detox juice like ashgourd juice or green juice. But hey, no black coffee or tea! An intoxicant like caffeine is the worst thing you can give your body on an empty stomach😑
