🚨 Jake Paul promotes another NFT rug pull; founders ran away with $6.3M

◾Celebrity shill Jake Paul has put his name to another NFT rug pull, Animoon.
◾Like brother Logan Paul, Jake has a long list of scam and failed projects to his name.


◾Animoon marketed itself as a play-to-earn game featuring 9,999 programmatically generated Animoon NFTs 

◾Animoon claimed their Pokémon-derivative NFTs, each costing 0.2 ETH, were produced in partnership with official Pokémon partners TopDeck

◾Animoon NFT project promoted by Jake Paul rug pulled its community for $6.3 million.

◾Animoon founders Mounir Mokaddem and Singainy Marc Oceane are believed to be at large in Dubai.

◾This amount was then transferred out to Binance and Kucoin.

🇮🇳 RBI Deputy Governor: "CBDCs will kill private cryptos"

◾In this year’s Union Budget, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced the launch of central bank-backed digital currency (CBDC). The digital rupee to be issued by the Reserve Bank of India will be rolled out in the new fiscal year.

◾️RBI Deputy Governor T Rabi Sankar, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) might 'kill' the rationale for the existence of private cryptocurrencies.

◾️He further highlighted the RBI’s stand that private currencies should not be permitted, "just because they are backed by hi-tech", adding that any tool that can be used for good can also be put to undesirable uses.
