It's the first write-to-earn and read-to-earn platform that I got familiar with.
I’ve set up an account about a year ago.
As I can find some information about its genesis, this blogging platform was launched in 2019 by the team that previously developed Bitcoin Aliens, a famous mobile game ( unfortunately that’s unavailable anymore).

There are several ways users can earn free crypto:

Read and tip

If you are looking for interesting articles that can expand your knowledge about cryptos and blockchain, or you just want to be up-to-date about crypto trends you are in the right place. Also if you just want to have some fun, and read about other interesting topics, the site contains various categories with mainly good-quality content.
After reading the particular article, you can decide how to treat the author, you can tip him, you can subscribe to him (by clicking – Follow), give a thumb up, or if you don’t like his work – thumb down, you can leave a comment as well.
What's more, the amount of tip granted to the author of the article depends on your goodwill, using the slider attached at the bottom, you can adjust and choose how many percent of the fixed sum goes to the author and the rest goes to the reader (you).
At the end of each article, you will find a sliding tipper.
At the minimum, you need to allocate 20% of the tip to the author, of course, If you recognize the article as an extraordinary piece of content, you can give more (up to 100%) of the tip to the author.
You are allowed to make about 7 tips daily (1-2 cents each), there is also a time limit for rewarding the same author – you have to wait several hours for giving the next tip.

2. Create content and receive tips

After one or two months of being only a reader, I decided to apply to become a publisher. It's not a complicated thing, just after filling out the form I had to wait for approval from the Publish0x team ( I don’t remember how long), then created a blog with a short description, chose a header’s picture … and wrote my first article.
Running a blog on this site is quite adorable and satisfying cause it contains many necessary tools which makes it quite pleasant for writers and readers as well.
Of course, the main advantage of being a blogger is getting tips. The better content you deliver, the more readers and subscribers you get, and this is strictly connected with earning more cryptos.

3. Share content and take a commission on the tips

Another way of earning cryptos becoming a PaperDrips Ambassador and sharing content with your audience. And when people tip the author of the content, you earn 5% of the tip.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to this point yet, so you will have to go to the original site (Publish0x) for further information.

All earnings you get from tipping or being tipped can be seen in the Dashboard tab.
Recently we can get earnings in ETH, AMPL, or SPOT tokens, but the site developers didn't establish their tokens.
You can choose between being paid on the chain, directly to your wallet, or being paid to your KuCoin exchange account.
We can find the withdrawal conditions on the site in the withdrawal tab.

Pros & cons:
Pros:

Easy to start your blog for free of charge.
Most tips are paid in mainstream cryptos like ETH or AMPL (except SPOT token) which are pretty liquid – easy to sell and listed on most CExes and DExes.
Well-developed and easy-to-navigate site
Big, helpful, and engaged society, it makes using the site fun and provides opportunities to earn good tips.
Observe good quality content
Periodical airdrops challenges organized by the Publish0x developers
Good connection with other social media, so you can easily promote your content

Cons:

Part of the tips you get are in SPOT token, which can be exchanged only on its platform, and the costs of transactions are very high ( in ETH)
Withdrawals are performed manually by the site team, so sometimes it will be pending for a long time.

An upgrade note: Publish0x will be switching to an OPTIMISM network soon, and new tipping tokens will be added as well.

It's another, favored by me social platform. It looks different than the previously described one.
At first sight, it looks like Facebook or Twitter, where you can share your thoughts, ideas, or some news. Its easy-to-use interface consists of a main menu where we can find the latest posts referring mainly to crypto news, new cryptocurrency projects, or other useful information, it's also a place, where you can promote your articles.

This site also allows us to earn points in three different ways:

Read and tip

You can tip an article's author after reading, and in this case, there is a tipping slider situated at the bottom by which you can decide about the amount.
You can tip ten times a day, and the particular article can be awarded by you once in its lifetime. There is also a possibility to comment on each article or post, but rewards are pleaded for that.

2. Write articles and receive tips

When you decide to become a writer, you can upload your article to the “articles” tab and get rewarded by being tipped by other users.

Perform daily tasks

It is a quite funny feature of this site, in the tab “Daily tasks” you can find three quests, and for completing each one you get rewarded with a fixed amount of points.
In the Daily Task chart you can find the:

Add X likes (thumb up) to other users' posts – reward 0.05 points for the task.
Add X likes (thumb up) to other users' articles – reward 0.05 points for the task.

There is also an extra task for mobile application users: you get 0.02 points a day, for logging in.

Cash out your earnings from FLOYX

Unfortunately, the points we earn, at the moment are not exchangeable for FLOYX tokens. However there is a statement, that FLOYX tokens withdrawal will be available after TGE (Token Generation Event),

In my opinion, Bulb is quite an extensive publishing platform, where not only we can disclose our articles, but we also can perform additional quests and earn some extra points.
The interface of the Bulb site is quite friendly and easygoing, there wouldn’t be a problem to navigate for newbies.
The platform brings attention is the great diversity of articles. Not only contain a lot of information about cryptocurrency, blockchain, Bitcoin, etc. but you can also find a large amount of other posts about different aspects of life: economy, health issues, tourism, culture life, food recipes, music, books reviews, movies reviews and a lot more.
But what makes me feel impressed by this website, is its big usefulness, as a place, where you can publish your articles, you can meet a lot of helpful tools, like Bulb AI – which helps you in writing, you can attach images, clips, links, etc.
It also abounds in very good analytics tools, where you can check the quality of your article, the reader's reactions to it, the number of points admitted, or even Internet Traffic from search engines – like Google.
It’s only a small part of the tools mentioned by me, that platform contains.
Bulb offers a very interesting, although a little complex, way of rewarding publishers and readers – for your activity, you get Bulb points.

To conclude:

This site is observed, to be a fast-developing publishing platform with very fine, useful features and has a big potential, especially for entertainment, social, marketing, and commercial purposes.

However, as in any case, there are some pros and cons:

PROS:

Fast expanding community, however, it's only a little over 2000 users, and it's still expanding.
Tokens are based on SOLANA Blockchain – the possibility of fast and cheap transactions
Some fine features regards the utility of BULB tokens – you can buy NFT Emojicons, bust your articles, charge energy points, or tip other writers.
Fine weekly airdrop of BULB TOKENS – depending on the Leaderboard place.
Great, useful writing tool and excellent analytical tools for articles.
You can sign up by your Solana wallet (ex. PHANTOM) – decentralized media
Nice, clear site interface and transparent website with the ROAD MAP and all necessary information.

CONS:

Lack of possibility to monetize BULB tokens (at the moment) – however, according to the ROAD MAP included at the BULB site, the tokens will be listed at DEXes and CEXes in the next year (2024).

OVERALL CONCLUSION:

To sum up, every above-mentioned publishing platform has its unique features that can be attractive to many users depending on their preferences.
