Whales Have Been Collecting This Altcoin On Binance For A Week!

A newly opened cryptocurrency wallet made altcoin purchases worth millions of dollars in the past week.

New whale wallets looking to join the upward momentum of the cryptocurrency market have taken action for Maker (MKR).

According to data provided by the on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain, three different whale wallets, which made purchases in the final week of the year, added approximately 11.610 MKR with a total value of around 19 million dollars to their portfolios through the cryptocurrency exchange Binance.

The first wallet in question acquired 3.649 MKR valued at 6 million dollars, the second wallet obtained 3.157 MKR with a value of 5.2 million dollars, and the third wallet purchased 4.802 MKR worth 7.9 million dollars. While the first two wallets only held MKR, the third wallet, in addition to MKR transactions, also made an investment in Aave (AAVE).

According to the data, this wallet demonstrated its strong interest in decentralized finance (DeFi) projects by making a purchase of 74.250 AAVE valued at 8.7 million dollars.

According to CoinGecko data, MKR, which has shown a 17% increase in the last week, is currently trading at $1,656 as of the time of writing.
